Youth Exchange in Italy “The Poetic Way to Live in the World”

It is an 8-day journey into awareness, connection with yourself, others, and nature. In today’s world, dominated by rushing, stress, and disconnection, this project invites you to pause, breathe, and rediscover the joy of simply being. Being here and now – with yourself, with the community, with nature.

Through mindfulness practices, creative expression, and immersive activities in nature, we will create a shared space where curiosity, connection, and care become small revolutions.

Prisijunk, jei Tu:

• You are 22–30 years old (the group leader can be 30+). We are looking for 5 participants and 1 group leader from Lithuania.
• You live in Lithuania (we also welcome foreigners residing in Lithuania).
• You are interested in creativity, mindfulness, personal growth, and nature.
